اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ الْهُدَىٰ وَالتُّقَىٰ وَالْعَفَافَ وَالْغِنَىٰ
Allahumma inni as'alukal-huda wat-tuqa wal-'afafa wal-ghina
O Allah, I ask You for guidance, piety, chastity, and self-sufficiency.
Muslim 4/2721أَصْبَحْنَا وَأَصْبَحَ الْمُلْكُ لِلَّهِ، وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ، لَا إِلٰهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ
Asbahna wa asbahal-mulku lillah, walhamdu lillah, la ilaha illallahu wahdahu la shareeka lah
We have reached the morning and at this very time the whole kingdom belongs to Allah. All praise is due to Allah. None has the right to be worshipped except Allah alone, having no partner.
اللَّهُمَّ بِكَ أَصْبَحْنَا، وَبِكَ أَمْسَيْنَا، وَبِكَ نَحْيَا، وَبِكَ نَمُوتُ، وَإِلَيْكَ النُّشُورُ
Allahumma bika asbahna, wa bika amsayna, wa bika nahya, wa bika namootu, wa ilaykan-nushoor
O Allah, by Your leave we have reached the morning and by Your leave we have reached the evening. By Your leave we live and die, and unto You is the resurrection.
أَمْسَيْنَا وَأَمْسَى الْمُلْكُ لِلَّهِ، وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ، لَا إِلٰهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ
Amsayna wa amsal-mulku lillah, walhamdu lillah, la ilaha illallahu wahdahu la shareeka lah
We have reached the evening and at this very time the whole kingdom belongs to Allah. All praise is due to Allah. None has the right to be worshipped except Allah alone, having no partner.
أَعُوذُ بِكَلِمَاتِ اللَّهِ التَّامَّاتِ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ
A'oodhu bikalimatillahit-tammaati min sharri ma khalaq
I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from the evil of what He has created.
رَبَّنَا آتِنَا فِي الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً وَفِي الْآخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً وَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ
Rabbana atina fid-dunya hasanatan wa fil-akhirati hasanatan waqina 'adhaban-nar
Our Lord, give us in this world that which is good and in the Hereafter that which is good, and protect us from the punishment of the Fire.
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ عَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ فِتْنَةِ الْمَسِيحِ الدَّجَّالِ
Allahumma inni a'oodhu bika min 'adhabil-qabr, wa a'oodhu bika min fitnatil-masihid-dajjal
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the punishment of the grave, and I seek refuge in You from the trial of the False Messiah.
سُبْحَانَ الَّذِي سَخَّرَ لَنَا هَٰذَا وَمَا كُنَّا لَهُ مُقْرِنِينَ وَإِنَّا إِلَىٰ رَبِّنَا لَمُنقَلِبُونَ
Subhanal-ladhi sakh-khara lana hadha wa ma kunna lahu muqrineen, wa inna ila Rabbina lamunqaliboon
Glory to Him who has subjected this to us, and we could never have it by our efforts, and to our Lord we shall surely return.
اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّا نَسْأَلُكَ فِي سَفَرِنَا هَٰذَا الْبِرَّ وَالتَّقْوَىٰ، وَمِنَ الْعَمَلِ مَا تَرْضَىٰ
Allahumma inna nas'aluka fi safarina hadhal-birra wat-taqwa, wa minal-'amali ma tardha
O Allah, we ask You on this our journey for goodness and piety, and for deeds that are pleasing to You.
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ وَعَلَىٰ بَرَكَةِ اللَّهِ
Bismillahi wa 'ala barakatillah
In the name of Allah and with the blessings of Allah.
الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَطْعَمَنِي هَٰذَا وَرَزَقَنِيهِ مِنْ غَيْرِ حَوْلٍ مِنِّي وَلَا قُوَّةٍ
Alhamdu lillahil-ladhi at'amani hadha wa razaqaneehi min ghayri hawlin minni wa la quwwah
All praise is due to Allah who has given me this food and sustained me with it through no might or power of my own.
بِاسْمِكَ اللَّهُمَّ أَمُوتُ وَأَحْيَا
Bismika Allahumma amootu wa ahya
In Your name, O Allah, I die and I live.
اللَّهُمَّ قِنِي عَذَابَكَ يَوْمَ تَبْعَثُ عِبَادَكَ
Allahumma qini 'adhabaka yawma tab'athu 'ibadak
O Allah, protect me from Your punishment on the day You resurrect Your servants.
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الَّذِي لَا يَضُرُّ مَعَ اسْمِهِ شَيْءٌ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلَا فِي السَّمَاءِ وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ
Bismillahil-ladhi la yadhurru ma'asmihi shay'un fil-ardhi wa la fis-sama'i wa huwas-Samee'ul-'Aleem
In the name of Allah, with whose name nothing can cause harm in the earth nor in the heavens, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing.
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْهَمِّ وَالْحَزَنِ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْعَجْزِ وَالْكَسَلِ
Allahumma inni a'oodhu bika minal-hammi wal-hazan, wa a'oodhu bika minal-'ajzi wal-kasal
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from anxiety and sorrow, and I seek refuge in You from inability and laziness.
رَبِّ اغْفِرْ لِي وَتُبْ عَلَيَّ إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ التَّوَّابُ الرَّحِيمُ
Rabbighfir li wa tub 'alayya innaka antat-Tawwabur-Raheem
My Lord, forgive me and accept my repentance. Indeed, You are the Accepting of Repentance, the Most Merciful.
أَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ الْعَظِيمَ الَّذِي لَا إِلٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ الْحَيُّ الْقَيُّومُ وَأَتُوبُ إِلَيْهِ
Astaghfirullaha al-'Adheemal-ladhi la ilaha illa Huwal-Hayyul-Qayyoomu wa atoobu ilayh
I seek the forgiveness of Allah the Mighty, whom there is none worthy of worship except Him, the Living, the Sustainer, and I repent to Him.
اللَّهُمَّ أَعِنِّي عَلَىٰ ذِكْرِكَ وَشُكْرِكَ وَحُسْنِ عِبَادَتِكَ
Allahumma a'inni 'ala dhikrika wa shukrika wa husni 'ibadatik
O Allah, help me to remember You, to be grateful to You, and to worship You in an excellent manner.
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ الْهُدَىٰ وَالتُّقَىٰ وَالْعَفَافَ وَالْغِنَىٰ
Allahumma inni as'alukal-huda wat-tuqa wal-'afafa wal-ghina
O Allah, I ask You for guidance, piety, chastity, and self-sufficiency.
